With a background in ranching, financial planning and marketing, Justin is no stranger to hard work and strategic thinking. He is also President of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association in the Okanagan giving him deep ties to the upscale residential construction industry.

FRED BROWN

Associate Broker

Fred Brown brings a wealth of real estate experience to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Kelowna, with over 30 years of continuous involvement in the industry. He has listed and sold rural and urban properties throughout British Columbia but primarily in and around the Okanagan Valley. He has owned and /or managed real estate firms in the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan ranging in size of up to 300 Realtors ®

Fred is a Past President of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board and is a former Director of both the Vancouver Real Estate Board and the British Columbia Real Estate Association.

Presently, Fred is working with Justin O’Connor at Sotheby’s Kelowna office offering the highest level of expertise and service to their clients in the Okanagan Valley.

When not busy with real estate, Fred can be found canoeing and fly fishing the many lakes in and around the Okanagan Valley.

SUSAN PROPP

Executive Assistant, Unlicensed

Susan has spent 25 years moving around British Columbia with her banker husband and is happy to finally call Kelowna home! Through her travels, Susan has developed a keen sense of what’s needed to help clients through the real estate buying and selling process.

With over 17 years of experience in real estate administration, Susan is passionate about handling the day to day details that are important to creating a smooth process. She is a true asset to the Justin O’Connor team.

Susan understands the anxieties that come with transitioning into a new home and can assist in making any move as effortless as possible.  As a mother and grandmother, she is a nurturer at heart and knows the importance of family.

JEANNINE DIONNE

Marketing Coordinator, Unlicensed

Raised in the Okanagan, Jeannine attended Okanagan University College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Marketing. Having worked for some of Kelowna’s top builders and developers, Jeaninne brings a diverse set of skills to the O’Connor Group and excels in her role as Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.

When she is not busy playing mom to her two precious boys, Jeannine’s positive attitude and cheerful nature welcomes clients to our new Sothebys office in downtown Kelowna. Her compassionate nature, excellent work ethic and willingness to get the job done make her a valuable member of the Justin O’Connor Team.

BYRON KANE

With a passion for Photography and over 40 years of experience, Byron provides every listing with high quality photography that shows the very best angle of any home. With the ability to capture a wide range of images, such as wide angle, drone views and imaginative perspectives, Byron helps Sotheby’s International Realty, Kelowna, deliver professional photographs that help us sell homes quickly.

Byron made the switch to digital photography in 2008 and has found that this change improved architectural shots and some of the imagination he can put into his work. He uses state-of-the-art technology and equipment to deliver crystal clear images with detail that stands out from all the rest.

When Byron is not behind his lens you’ll find him on his motorbike, cruising the Okanagan Valley.
